Delivery
We aim to despatch all orders within 48 hours of receipt and credit card authorisation. If there is any issue regarding your order we will endeavour to contact you within 24 hours. All time scales exclude weekends where orders are normally despatched on the following Monday.

- Small items may be delivered by Royal Mail
- Your order may be delivered in separate parcels, or by separate carriers
- We can't deliver to PO Box addresses and we can only guarantee delivery to business addresses on a next day service
- The above delivery options do not apply to deliveries of bulky, heavy and/or oversized items. Customers will be charged an additional £2.00 on any delivery option for each bulky, heavy and/or oversized item
- All items are always wrapped with extreme care and we will not be held responsible for any damage incurred in shipping

Returns
Goods returned for exchange must in all respects be in the condition you received them. This offer applies for 14 days from the date of purchase and is in addition to your statutory rights. If posting goods, please keep proof of posting.
Please note when returning goods postage will not be refunded. Please note we do not offer returns or exchanges on religious items for ethical reasons.
In the rare event you have a faulty item, please return to us for an exchange or full refund if we cannot replace the item. In the case of a faulty item, the full postage charge for return will be refunded (Please retain proof of posting.) and the replacement will be posted for free. Goods can be returned either to any of our stores or posted to either of the stores.
